Servo motor driving

Filling nozzles driven by servo motor, which will fill from bottom of bottle and ensure filling precision.

 

Magnetic pump can filling liquid accurately and fast, which can help you improve production capacity. Magnetic pump is 316 stainless steel, using life is longer than other digital pump, each pump can work separately.

With bottle stopper and fixed bottle neck to filling, and avoiding overrun bottles, broken bottles occur when the bottle conveying system runs at a high speed

With bottle cap feeder which can feed lids before capping bottle.This one needs to be customized according to cap size.

The bottle guiding structure can be adjusted according to bottle diameter. This is designed for bottles which are easy to fall down during capping work,it can help to transport bottles stably.

The heating tunnel is shrinking on the top or wrapping the whole bottle neck is able to be shrank with different type model.
