High speed disperser can powerfully mix and disperse viscous solid and liquid materials,and rapidly dissolve many indissoluble materials such as AES,AESA and LSA during the production of liquid washing products,and thus,saving energy Consumption and shortening production period.
The main blending adopts step less speed variation device which can reduce the formation of bubbles when the temperature is low and the viscosity is high.
 
The gear pump circulating discharging device can accelerate the forming of products and realize rapid discharging.

Remark: 1.For electronic heating ,you can add water or conduct oil inside jeckets.However if you heating with conduct oil ,there is no cooling. 2.Normally the products can be poured out from bottom outlet,but if you want it not cost too much time,you can connect a rotor pump to pump it out. 3.We provide some spare parts based on experience,and one year warranty for this machine,and provide service for the whole life of the machine in 24 hours.Working video and manual operating will be provided with machine also.
