This machine is widely used in toothpaste, cosmetics, medicines, food, industrial supplies, such as all kinds of container filling, filling water, coffee, tea, juice, liquid pigments, milk, syrup, honey, bath dew, shampoo, hand sanitizer, ink, laundry detergent, edible oil, yogurt, gear oil, liquid, glue, cold cream eye shadow, cream etc.
Working principle:
The reciprocating motion of the piston in the cylinder is driven by the front and rear motion of the cylinder, and the negative pressure is generated in the front cavity of the cylinder. When the cylinder moves forward, the piston is pulled backward, and the front cavity of the material cylinder generates negative pressure.The material in the feeding hopper is pressed into the feeding pipe by the atmospheric pressure and enters the feeding pipe through the one-way valve of feeding and discharging. When the cylinder moves backward, push the piston forward and extrude the material.The material enters into the discharge hose through the discharge one-way valve, and finally enters into the empty bottle to be filled through the filling head (the filling head is closed when the material is fed, and opened when the material is discharged), and the filling is completed once. Piston filling machine is a single mechanical action for each filling, so it has high filling degree and stability for each regular container
