This liquid filling machine is filled with anti-corrosion peristaltic pumps, easy to clean and change tubes, customized trays. Automatic sensing the bottles,each filling nozzle can be operated and filled separately. In order to prevent dripping, the nozzle adopts a unidirectional plastic unidirectional discharge nozzle that prevents back flow.

Machine filling nozzles is OD 4mm and 6mm, which can prevent from spraying out liquid during filling, other different sizes of
filling nozzles as customer requirement.

 

Bottle sensor detect the bottles automatically to filling, it will make sure filling liquid accurately and will not miss any bottles.

650ml peristaltic pump,it can fill liquid accurately,and the liquid will not pass through pump. Suggest bottle volume in 50ml.

Bottle mould will be customized as bottle size, if you need bottle mould pls contact with online service.

 

PC peristaltic pump not suitable strong corrosive liquid and essential oil, but for neutral liquid
